Name
( system name )
Nogueira Aero
Problem
( something has hindered the system to operate or be supported properly, or objectives are not attained. )
Optimization of Aircraft Maintenance
Concept of Operations
( sumarize how the system is supposed to operate and be supported to achieve the desired objectives or end state )
Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for a given system (limited to an enterprise or business or capability system) is a description of the concept of how human and technical resources within the system solution are to interact to result in the enterprise or business or capability outcome. That is, a CONOPS is a conceptual description of the operational part of the system solution. The operational part of the system solution is that part of the solution which is intended to meet the requirements on the system which serve an end-use purpose
Client needs
( something that may solve the problem, confront the problem with its application conception. )
Output
( something to attend client needs )
Measures of Effectiveness
( indicators and what must be registered )
Boundaries
( something may not be attended, there are some limitations, what the does not apply, and the environment influence. )
Input
( data, information or material )
Preliminary Analysis
( decompose the system, and tell about its parts relationships. )
Design considerations
( confront the environment, supportability issues, and the application conception, information available, research needs, and any known constraint. )
Structure of management
( how the supportability might be managed. )
Implementation considerations
( Academia vs Industry possibilities )
Deployment constraints
( something about the first deploy, supportability issues, and need for anything related to the 12 IPS elements. )
